Experience the First Blooms of Spring

The beginning of the Harrison Tulip Festival is a beautiful time to visit the farm, as the fields begin to come alive with colour, fragrance, and the first blooms of the season.

During the first two weeks of the festival, guests can experience millions of double daffodils blooming across the farm. These lush, layered flowers bring bright bursts of yellow and gold to the fields and are one of the most cheerful signs that spring has arrived in the Harrison River Valley.

Alongside the daffodils, visitors will also find our fragrant hyacinth fields in peak bloom. Known for their incredible scent and rich colours, hyacinths are one of the most unique flowers we grow and are best experienced during the early part of the festival.

At the same time, the first tulips of the season begin opening, creating a beautiful mix of spring flowers across the farm.

For guests who love variety, vibrant colours, and the excitement of the season just beginning, the first two weeks of the Harrison Tulip Festival offer a truly special experience.

Come walk through fields of daffodils, breathe in the fragrance of the hyacinths, and watch the tulip season unfold. It’s one of the most colourful ways to welcome spring.
