There are less than 2 weeks less to come experience our farm, and the flowers are looking incredible this week! The cooler nights have allowed the mid – and late season tulips to come into full bloom together, giving us one massive field of colour for you to enjoy! Tickets for next week will be released on the 26th and tickets for our final weekend will be released on May 1st. Only mother nature knows when the tulips will call it a season, and we only want to invite people to our farm when the tulips are looking their best so it is our standard to open tickets for our final week of the festival in stages. Our hyacinths and early double daffodils are looking beautiful, and now we are just waiting for our early tulips, two of our favorite tulips on the Onos farm, orange world favorite and light peach salmon queen will be coming into bloom this week!

It was the first full day of spring today and it sure felt like it on our fields!

Our first field update of the season!

Last field update for the tulip season coming in hot (just like this weekend’s bound to be!)

The tulips are fully bloomed, and are displaying a delicate antique tone in their colouring as they finish up this weekend. Our swing-sets and photo-op vignettes align the field to inspire the perfect shot!

Our fresh tulip displays are installed near the front end, featuring bright varieties for you to admire – another perfect opportunity for capturing photos of you and your loved ones!

This week is looking warm and sunny . This heat may impact the flowers so the sooner you are able to visit, the better!

The late-season Tulips are in full bloom, and the last variety of Daffodils are holding on to their beautiful bloom.

The Tulip Displays are looking as beautiful as ever with 50,000 bright and colourful blooms that will be perfect until the end and set up for you to enjoy.

Warmer weather is on the way, allowing the final seven acres of tulips to shine their brightest hues this week in the sunshine!

Late season tulips are in FULL BLOOM. Mid-season tulips + daffodils are finishing up, but our tulip displays have been updated with fresh blooms. 50,000 tulips have been brought in to liven up the space with bright, colourful varieties for all to admire, specially installed for our last week – that’s right, our LAST WEEK.

Rain or shine, the tulips don’t mind! It’s been an amazing week, and we’re looking forward to seeing more of you this weekend! This week the fields are in FULL BLOOM – no time like the present!

Early season tulips are done, but the mid-season + late season tulips are in FULL BLOOM, and stunning as ever. The early season daffodils are finished, and the late daffodils are in full bloom, complimenting the tulips in their usual jovial fashion!

Displays will be refreshed this weekend, and as you’ve heard, we are extending the festival for one more week (until Sunday, May 14th!) Stay tuned for more updates, and remember to wear weather-appropriate footwear – it’s a bit slippery this weekend!

What a beautiful week it has been so far! The fields are bursting with colour and look stunning, so if you are planning on visiting there is no better time.

The mid-season and late-season Tulips are in full bloom and are currently taking our breath away with their magnificent colour. The daffodils are still going strong, and are in full bloom, allowing for beautiful pops of yellow and white to see on the other side of the field.

The late-season Tulips are looking beautiful as they are all starting to open up and will be at full bloom very soon.

This weekend has brought an earthbound rainbow to the festival, as the mid-festival Tulips are in full bloom and the late-festival Tulips are almost in full bloom! The early blooming Tulip varieties are coming to an end, but don’t worry the daffodils are still in full bloom and looking spectacular!

The weekend is almost here, and with this beautiful Spring weather we are expecting an explosion of colour throughout!

Over the next 1-3 days we will watch the mid-season Tulips move from the bud stage to the bloom stage! The Hyacinths are nearing the end of their lives so if you are wanting to see them in person, this is your time, but don’t worry the early and late season Daffodils are currently in full bloom and putting on quite the show.

The early blooming Tulip varieties are starting to show more and in the next few days of warmer weather will make for even brighter colour. While the mid-blooming Tulip varieties are only starting to bud they should be nearing full bloom by the weekend, how exciting! The late-blooming Tulips could start as early as next week if this beautiful weather continues so stay tuned.

The Hyacinths have had quite the show, but still have a few more days of bright colours before they complete their life cycle, but don’t worry the Daffodils are looking beautiful and are still coming into full bloom!

Here’s a look at what our fields are looking like.

We are still celebrating our early flowers, Hyacinths, Daffodils and Early Tulips but we are starting to see color emerging in our Mid Season varieties! With the warmer temperatures on the horizon this week, there should be several more varieties of Tulips nearing full bloom by next weekend. If you want to see and smell the Hyacinths, these next 2-4 days are likely the last as with the heat they will finish quickly.

We’re going into the weekend celebrating our beautiful fields of Hyacinths, Daffodils and stunning backdrop of World Favourite’s Tulips! It’s the perfect time to enjoy the incredibly fragrant Hyacinths (the only place in North America to find a field of this size outside of Holland) before the sun comes.

If you’re looking for ribbons of colour spread out through the fields, we’d recommend waiting till the temperatures get a bit warmer as that will help the Tulips bloom even more!

OPENING DAY is HERE! Today we are celebrating the start of a brand new season with our stunning 3 acre field of Hyacinths in full bloom, 1 acre of Early Double Daffodils in full bloom and 4 acres of early blooming World Favourite’s Tulips. It’s only going to get even MORE colourful with a bit of luck and some warm weather! Here’s a look at what our fields are looking like on our opening day!

The first week of our festival is finally here! On Wednesday, April 19th we will be celebrating with our fragrant and beautiful 3 acre field of Hyacinths in full bloom, 1 acre of Early Double Daffodils in full bloom and 4 acres of Early Blooming World Favorite’s; a blanket of orange as far as the eye can see!  With any luck and a little bit of warmth this field will be in full bloom by our opening weekend.

We hope everyone had a Happy Easter and great long weekend! We’re starting to see beautiful colours emerging in our Daffodils and Hyacinths and there’s a LOT more to come! The Tulips are still very green and we would like to wait until our Early Tulips are showing colour before we open the fields up to our visitors for the season. It’s amazing what a little bit of sunshine and some rain can do! These fields are getting more green with every passing day and we can hardly wait to open for the season.

With each passing week, we see a little more green shooting up throughout the fields! Before we know it, these fields will be covered in rich, colourful blooms.

We plant in stages (ie. Early Tulips and Late Tulips) and this means that we can have an amazing array of colourful fields throughout the festival season!
